PreMed Program The B.S. degree program in Biomedical Engineering can fully satisfy the necessary coursework required by most medical schools if certain electives are taken. Most medical schools require a full year of biology and a full year of organic chemistry. This web page is intended to provide information regarding the application process and requirements for medical school specific to biomedical engineering majors.
