During the junior year, the organic chemistry requirements have already been met. They are replaced by the Category 1 courses. The spring semester is unchanged. During this semester the April MCAT is scheduled. Again, if the applicant intends on taking the August MCAT, the organic chemistries can be taken during the junior year.
