Goal:  To build a rotating wheelchair lift that will allow persons with disabilities safe and easy access to health care procedures.  Our design is unique in that it will provide both vertical translation and horizontal rotation.  Wireless control of the platform will raise the device 9 inches and also rotate it 360 degrees.
