BME Undergraduate Course Permission Number Request
Students requesting a permission number to enroll in a BME Undergraduate Course should complete the form at the link below. After review, you will receive a notification with a decision on the request.
The form is only for undergraduate BME courses
- For other departments please check the department's website for policies regarding permission numbers
Use one form per course / permission number requested
Permission numbers will not be given if you do not have the prerequisites for a class
- At times there are situations where the Student Admin System does not recognize a course that is equivalent to the prerequisite or a transfer course equivalent has not been received by UConn. These will be evaluated on a case by case basis when you submit the form.
Undergraduates requesting to enroll in a BME graduate course
- If an undergraduate student wishes to enroll in a BME Graduate course they should contact the Graduate Course instructor. The instructor will decide whether the student can take the course, and if a positive decision is made, issue a permission number
- If a BME undergraduate student wishes to use a graduate course towards their undergraduate degree requirements they should contact the BME Undergraduate Program Director for approval prior to enrolling in the graduate course.
